Description
Another artisan cheese from 'not cheese' masters I AM NUT OK. This bold, smoky cashew cheese is ripened in a coat of activated coconut charcoal ash and is palm oil free.
Plant based and dairy free, it has a depth of woody, hickory flavours, a delicious creaminess and also features a gorgeous black vein running down the center. Perfect for a vegan cheese board.
I AM NUT OK was started as a passion project by Angela and her newly vegan partner Nivi. As an Italian, Nivi was struggling to give up dairy but by using their diverse palates and design backgrounds they created tasty alternatives.
