Description
The Sheese mild cheddar style cheese block is a non-dairy alternative made with coconut oil and soya. Certified Vegan & Kosher (Pareve). It is non GMO and doesn't contain palm oil either.
This is a new addition to the Bute Island Foods huge range of vegan cheeses and is simply delicious. Soft with just enough creaminess on the tongue, it's great with a vegan spaghetti bolognaise (grated and sprinkled over the top with a drizzle of olive oil). Melts just like the real thing and so versatile it can be used in a huge range of recipes in place of dairy.
Bute Island Foods has been producing hand-crafted, completely animal and dairy free cheese since 1994. The production process is completely animal free in a dedicated Free From Factory on the idyllic Isle of Bute in Scotland, with everything performed to the highest ethical standards.
The directors of the company are all unable or unwilling to eat dairy or animal products so are all personally committed to researching, developing and producing top of the range alternatives to animal cheese, ensuring that taste and texture is paramount.
Sheese has established itself as a Vegan and Kosher firm favourite non-dairy alternative and there is now an extensive range of Sheese 'cheeses' to choose from.
