The Truffle Gourmet Not Butter is an artisan butter alternative from I AM NUT OK. This delicious and luxurious product is infused with truffle oil - great as a flavoured spread, it also adds flavour and richness to pasta and other dishes too. Free from palm oil and dairy , it is handmade in London.
I AM NUT OK was started as a passion project by Angela and her newly vegan partner Nivi who was struggling to give up dairy. By combining their diverse palates and design backgrounds they created tasty alternatives, They started sharing these delicious creations and the rest as they say, is history.

Cashew nuts, filtered water, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, truffle oil (1.5%), nutritional yeast, lactic acid, live cultures.
